Today is one of those days where I am getting to spend it on my own. I got to write some letters to some friends and family of mine. It felt really good to see the ink on paper. I do ten to journal but it seemed more special today knowing that people were going to actually see my sloppy hand writing all over stationary. Who knows... Maybe one of them will right me back and then I will get the glory of seeing their hand writing. I have been trying to read more of the classics here lately. I havent had that much time to read lately because of my busy life being taken over but right now I am almost finished with Pride and Prejudice. It is such a lovely book so far and I cant wait to read more of Jane Austins books. Next I am going to start Wuthering Heights. I hope I fall in love with that one too. My dreams have been very vivid here lately. I might start writing them down and see if i can turn them into short stories. We will see how that one goes. Dot the cat is doing gread today. I am in love with my cat. Everyone have a gread day. Everyone enjoy life. I am out for now... No telling when I will be back. Lovelove.

Well let me tell you... I finally got a new computer and that has been lovely. I will put pictures up soon of dot and what not. I have been doing lots of stuff lately. Mostly hanging out with jacob, dot, sasha, brandon, cats, and vanessa. Its been nice. Lovelove everyone.

I am thinking about getting a Nook. I really want one because I think they are cute. But at the same time, I love my books. I mean LOVE MY BOOKS... The digital world kind of scares me but I will probably get one and still buy books too. It just seems to take most of my money again.

philly has my heart

I found home on the other side of the country. We went to visit Jacobs mom, (for the second time mind you) and I cant get enough of this place. Its like I know I am supposed to be there. Well sad to say I had to come back to Austin, and go to my job tomorrow. But at least I got some fun stuff taken care of in the mean time.

We get to philly and everything just smells different. I am in love my brain was telling me the whole time. So we go to the wholefoods and get some stuff and then we go to the beer store to get the Yeungling. This beer is soo bad ass to me. I made sure to have one everyday. (well i am pretty sure i had one everyday, that was my goal) We also went to the museum which was a blast. They have some really awesome stuff there. I must say the food was probably my favorite thing though. Horizons (pic 3) is probably the best thing that has ever happened to America. If everyone could eat like this daily they would all be vegan! But even for a vegan such as myself i have to give them 2 thumbs up and 5 gold stars. food was great, service was great, i left happy. I also got to eat a Giannas grills. (pic 11) Its more of a hole in the wall with the best mock philly cheese steak i have ever had. I could eat there everyday as well. Wish I could eat there everday. And then to top it off in the food department, we drove that 2 hour drive to Bethlehem Pa and had VEGAN TREATS! (pic 6) I ate so many sweets. They have the best vegan donut i have ever had. EVER.

We also checked out Jessops Tavern. (pic 8) That was a cool little place.

I also snapped a photo of this bad ass skate park under the highway. (pic 9) I could not get over how neat that was. I thouht that was a great way to use space and it just looks so damn cool.

Also dont forget to meet Thunder. Thats the beautiful horse up there in picture 5. He is Jacobs moms horse and the is lovely.

Whats a trip without me busting my ass? Well I guess this time it was more my knees and it hurt like hell. We were walking into the recording studio and I was telling some dumb story about my childhood when I failed to notice the root coming out from the ground. Next thing I know, I am crying like a 5 year old and trying to get over it. Im totally over it by the way.

All in all I love the place and cant wait to go back. I want a row house there asap! I will get there soon. I can feel it.

Dot missed us while we were gone but we made it up to her when we got back with wet cat food. She was mucho happy after that. She is doing good. Just being the little crazy ball that she is. I hate the idea of unpacking but its next on my list. lovelove.

The cat is great. She was a little beast at like 6 in the morning but thats alright. She needs her play time.

Dont you just love waking up late and looking like shit! Today was one of those days. I had the cat sleeping at my feet... Keeping them warm and I was content. Then I looked at the clock and realized that over half of my morning was gone! Oh boy, another day off wasted to the sleep monster. I could have rolled back over and slept into the afternoon but I decided right then and there to try and make this a productive day. Let see

this bugs me

I cant stand it when you are driving in a parking lot and someone is going to cross the street so you stop your car to let them go... and they take off running. I promise I am not going to hit you. Please take your time and walk across the road. I really dont want to hit you and I am more than happy that you are walking. So next time... JUST FUCKING WALK!!!
